Because change – substantial, meaningful change – takes time.
We need to weigh the need to act fast against the need to get this right.
2025 will be a significant year for financial services.
In 2020, the resident population of the United States was about 330 million (Statista, May 2021). For several years now, the gender distribution of the nation has remained steady, with women accounting for approximately 51.1 percent of the population since 2013. Females outnumbered males in the majority of states across the country in 2018; there were only ten states where the gender ratio favored men. Now take a look at the makeup of your business or organization – particularly your leadership team. Does it reflect that percentage split?
Here’s another reason 2025 is on our radar.
In March of 2015, the Social Security Administration reported that more than half of female beneficiaries over age 60 will receive benefits based solely on their own work in 2025. By 2090, over 70 percent of women will receive such benefits. This tells us an increasing number of women are working and looking for work – but is that growth reflected in our industry and its leadership?
Time is ticking - and we need your help to make real change happen now!
